Run the whole marketing function — strategist, copywriter, designer, analyst, scheduler — through AI, from one chair. Write the one brief that drives every role, get usable output from each, catch where it's confidently wrong, and run a 90-minute weekly loop that ships without you. The assembly course that turns 'I can't afford a marketing team' into 'I run one.'
A real marketing function is five jobs, and you've been doing all five alone at 11pm. Now you can run every one of them through AI — as a team you manage, not a magic button you press.
Open a chat tool, ask for a caption, and you get something beige with three emojis — because you gave it a prompt, not a brief. The operators getting real results from AI aren't prompting harder; they hand each role clean context once and stay in the loop on approvals.
This course builds that team around one real business. You write the one-page brief that becomes its shared brain, then put the strategist, copywriter, designer, analyst, and scheduler to work — each producing output that sounds like you, each caught when it's confidently wrong before it publishes under your name. By the end you run the whole function on a 90-minute weekly loop that ships without you, on a stack that costs less than a single freelancer invoice.
Solo founders: doing all the marketing themselves who want a team's output without a team's payroll.
Service providers and consultants: who need marketing shipped every week without it eating the hours they bill for.
Small teams and marketers: who want to run more channels and roles than headcount allows, with AI doing the legwork.
