When buyers ask ChatGPT and Perplexity for a recommendation, learn how to be the brand the answer names, links, and cites.
Your next customer is asking an AI which tool to buy, and right now the answer names someone else.
Search is moving from a list of blue links to a single synthesized answer. If ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews do not pull your brand into that answer, you are invisible at the exact moment a decision gets made. Most teams keep optimizing for rankings nobody clicks while the citation goes to a competitor.
This course works backward from how the engines actually behave: how they crawl, read, and decide what to cite, and what your buyers are really typing into them. You will make your pages easy for a model to lift, earn mentions across the third-party sources AI trusts, set up the llms.txt file correctly, stay on the right side of the line you should not cross, and track your standing on an AI visibility scoreboard you build and keep using.
Founders: want their product surfaced when a prospect asks an AI for the best option in the category.
Marketers and SEOs: already rank on Google and now need a method for getting cited inside AI answers.
Content and PR leads: want to earn mentions on the third-party sources models read, not just backlinks.
